RAWLINS, Wyo. (AP) ― The Carbon County Commission has approved a partial moratorium on sexually oriented businesses.

The partial moratorium is intended to be in effect until the county develops detailed zoning regulations governing sexually oriented businesses such as adult-oriented stores and theaters, escort agencies, and nude or topless dancing bars.

The county currently has no zoning regulations specifically for sexually oriented businesses.

County officials have not heard of sexually oriented businesses planning to locate in Carbon County.
