I wanted to get DNA’s side on the matter…but instead of giving a reason why they would reuse old scenes from another studio and charge full price, Dennis instead decided to give me a direct threat.  You gotta love the porn industry…man are we some professionals!

This morning I sent the following email to Dennis, the owner of DNA:

I write for PornNewz.com.  One of the purposes behind the site is to give retailers the information they need to make better informed decisions and make their stores more profitable.  In doing this, I’m posting a story today concerning your DNA label.

In the story I showcase how in your title “Play With My Balls 2″ you are using at least 2 scenes from old Wildlife titles (I’ve Never Done That Before).  Customers are being charged full New Release price for this title, even though it’s clearly not “new”.

Do you care to comment on this?

I waited for 5 hours without response.  And posted my article.  Tonight at 9pm I got a response from Dennis:

I would have preferred “No Comment”.

You know what you’re doing is misleading stores and consumers.  If you feel like punching me will make you feel better, so be it.  It’s assault, and it certainly isn’t going to make anything better.  I’ll have to remember not to wear my good pair of glasses next time I’m at a tradeshow.
